Keep searching: Hi Irene, The uterus increases in size as we age and have children. This is not concerning but rather what is expected. The stomach ache can be caused by quite a few things. Some very simple and some very serious. You all are on the right track with a physical exam and pap, but keep searching for the exact cause of the problem.
