Consider protein: shakes in the morning, e.g., Dream Protein by Doctors for Nutrition. Also, consider Greens First, powdered fruits and vegetables by the same company. Other companies make such products. Just be sure the protein powder is from free range cows, not ones fed w/hormones and antibiotics. Peace and good health
