The : The appearance of a vagina can vary just look a person's nose size and shape can vary. In other words the appearance can be genetic. If not caused by a genetics, then factors such as vaginal birth, or vaginal trauma can be the culprit. However in order to assure there are no abnormalities like a mass or defect the patient should be evaluated a gynecologist. If there is no serious pathology(disease) and the patient is unhappy with the appearance of their vagina a plastic surgeon can be consulted for reconstruction options. I hope this helps.

Everyone different: All vaginas are different. typically the inner labia are larger than the outer labia. If you are concerned talk to your mother about her labia or talk to your gynecologist.
