Screen time: A good way to understand this is the concept of "screen time." this means the total time spent with computers, tv, video games, cell phones, etc. Higher levels of screen time and associated with attention problems, school difficulties, sleep and eating disorders, and obesity. Generally, total screen time on a school night should be no more than an hour. Consider creating "screen free" zones.
