Based : Based on your symptoms, age, and weight, you need to be evaluated by your primary care provider or local emergency room department as soon as possible. You may be dealing with diabetes and complications of having a very high blood sugar. Also, it could be a heart issue (i.e. Angina, etc.) or even something more simple like a urinary tract infection (uti). Regardless this must be addressed right away by a medical professional. Good luck to you.

Seek: I would recommend you seek medical attention. You may have a serious condition but it is difficult to assess completely by the information you provided. Frequent urination may indicate abnormal blood sugar or urinary infection or electrolyte abnormality. Chest pain may indicate a problem with lungs like pulmonary embolism or inflammation of your heart or lungs. Might be your gallbladder.
