Gastritis: You're not doing well or responding to prescribed treatment. If you haven't been evaluated by a gastroenterologist, consult one for accurate diagnosis &treatment. In my opinion a gastroscopy, either a first one or a repeat is advisable. Testing for h pylori & pancreatic inflammation is important. In the meantime, avoid caffeine, alcohol,medications like aspirin, ibuprofen or naproxen(irritants).
