My dr. has put me on 50, 000 units of vitamin d2-1 per week. is it okay for me to continue taking my caltrate 600+d soft chews? i take 2 of those a day which would be an additional 800 vitamin d3 per day.

You : You probably could for the calcium but should't need the extra vit d in it. If you take 2 extra strength Tums (calcium carbonate) that'll get you nearly as much calcium without the extra vit d.
