A possible approach: Ask your older son to help. He can give compliments to your younger son when they are deserved. Your older one can coach his brother in activities in which your younger one idolizes him. Also encourage those interests your younger son has that are different from the older's. And you can remind your young one to show compassion for others who are not lucky enough to have such a great older brother.
