Pretty good: Vaginal birth after c/section (VBAC) has a pretty good success according to current research. You must work closely with your OB. Research shows 4/10 women with VBAC may still have to have a c/section . These labors need to be monitored carefully in a hospital equipped to respond to an emergency during the labor and have experience monitoring VBAC patients. Talk to your OB for more advice

DEPENDS: There are specifics to your own case that may make you more or less likely to have success. A narrow pelvis, scarring from the procedure, fibroids,other issues with your general health.That said, many are quite successful on more than one subsequent delivery.A plan that would allow a quick move to a surgical suite if something was amiss is a way to do it safely.
