Depends: Liver lesions can be anything from nothing to cancer. Please repost with what type of scan you had, what the result was and what they recommended and we can be of much greater help to you.

Talk with your MD: There are many causes of liver lesions, both benign and malignant. It is likely the repeat scan that you are having done is to determine what type of lesion they are. Your doctor will tell you more when the scans are done. Sometimes biopsy of the lesion is needed to figure out what it is. If you have no risk factors for malignant liver lesions, they are most likely benign.
