Yes and no.: Yes: both medications are classified as opioids, and both have Acetaminophen (tylenol) in them. No: but, Percocet contains oxycodone, and vicodin contains hydrocodone. So, both will show positive for opiates, but Percocet will show positive for oxycodone as well. A web site that lists active ingredients in medications is: www.Drugs.Com.
