Can you tell me is there a better alternative to vicodin and percocet?

What do you mean: By better is my question? And better for what? There are many ways to treat pain, depending on what kind of pain, how long it has lasted, your health issues and many other factors. For acute self-limited pain (ankle sprain etc.) hydrocodone (vicodin) or oxycodone (percocet) are good drugs, but so are tylenol (acetaminophen) and ibuprofen. For long term pain other things should be tried first or in addition.
