Testicular : Testicular cysts are benign, but should be monitored both by the patient and a physician, such as a urologist. An ultrasound may be performed to confirm that the lesion is completely cystic and not a solid mass with a cystic component, which could represent a maligancy.

Testicular Cyst: Testicular cysts are usually benign, and may represent a hydrocoele. At your age, however, testicular cancer is always a slight possibility, so it is wise to follow up with your urologist and find the underlying cause and treat it.
