Extra-weight in Preg: Of course, the first question is the degree of being overweight, but in short, it increases your risks. You would be at higher risk to get diabetes of pregnancy or high blood pressure of pregnancy. It increases the risk of a large baby, which could increase your risk of a cesarean.
