Not sure: That boric acid adds much, many otc douche products have acetic acid, and indeed the mild "acid" may help. Diflucan alone should do the trick: 400mg PO for 14 days. Doing Monistat (mycostatin (nystatin) cream or suppositories) for longer time may work. If it does not work, you may need to see an ob-gyn or id doctor to charcterize better.
