Yes, but get seen. : Disc herniations have been known to cause chronic testicular pain, called orchalgia. If you are experiencing testicular pain, be sure to get evaluated. There are many causes, and it is important not to simply attribute it to your lower back issues but workup any cause that may need to be addressed.
