Amiodarone: Amiodarone is a calcium chanel blocker which is used primarily as an anti arrhythmic but also has blood pressure effects. It can cause hypothyroidism in some. Other medicines for blood pressure are not connected.

BP meds and thyroid: All anti-hypertensive medications, used only to treat it have no effect on the thryoid gland. Amieorderone, which is used to treat irregular heart beats can cause hypothryodism. So, if you are not on it, any thryorid hypoactivity is probably not caused by your blood pressure medicines.
