Increase roughage in: You need to increase the fiber in your diet and also drink extra fluids/water. The foods with high fiber include salads and vegetables as well as fruits like apple. Cereals are another source of fiber. Use whole wheat bread. All of this will help to reduce your constipation. Refined foods(rice and white bread) are not good for you.
