Dietary fiber: Fiber from the foods you eat like vegetables and legumes (black beans, navy beans, chickpeas, etc.) can be very helpful to make the stool soft and easier to pass. Make sure to work with your doctor on slowly weaning off paxil (paroxetine).

Paxil (paroxetine) & constipation: Constipation is the most common side effects of Paxil (paroxetine). For short period of time Milk of Magnesia or ExLax are recommended. Ask your treating physician for more information.
