Usually not: Some men take it, but results are very unpredictable. In my experience Clomid (clomiphene) 'maybe' helps about 1 man in 10-to-20. Some experts have a different experience with the drug. I think all of us would agree that Clomid (clomiphene) is not universally helpful in treating male fertility.
