PCOS treatment: I doesn't seem that you are ovulating so using clomid, (clomiphene) may help to make your cycles more consistent. If necessary, you can increase the dose to 150 mg x 5 days until you ovulate. You may also benefit from using metformin if your condition warrants its use.
