Scabs on scalp: These may be scabs, clusters of dried blood leaking from small wounds on the scalp, or they may be scales, thick chunks of dead skin like dandruff. Try using medicated shampoos, like head and shoulders, selsun blue and t gel, and wash his hair, for ten minutes a time, every day, alternating shampoos. Then rub a small amount of Hydrocortisone lotion into his scalp. If not better, see a skin doc.
