I have painful bumps on my scalp. should i be concerned ? they have spread and grown larger troughout the year as well as more painful with hair loss.

See dermatologist: these bumps can be a sign of a skin infection or inflammation called folliculitis. sometimes this skin condition can lead to sig scarring and discomfort. there are sevral ways to treat it, but sooner is much better than later.
