can drugs reduce fertility, even 20 years later?

Dr. Philip Chenette

It is possible: Depends on the drug. Medications like chemotherapy agents can have strong effects on fertility long after they are used. Otc medications like tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen will not.
