Tattooing is a form of self-mutilation and nobody in her right mind would get one.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

If having sensitive skin and/or history of allergies and hypersensitivity, having a tattoo would not be a good idea given its risk/benefit ratio. Talk to your primary care doc as well who can discuss it further in the context of your known medical conditions/treatments/allergy profile.
