No: Unfortunately, there are no blood tests to determine if one has bladder cancer. The only way to diagnose bladder cancer is by clinical history, various urine tests, and with a cystoscopy. This is a test where a telescope is placed into the bladder and the bladder is visually examined in its entirety to determine if there any masses or lesions on the bladder lining.
