What are the least toxic chemotherapeutic agents for treating bladder cancer?

Depends on type: Treatment for bladder cancer depends on type and stage. Some cancers can be treated by removal alone or removal and placement of "chemotherapy" directly into bladder which tends to have the least toxic effect on the whole body.
