What is my recovery time after bladder cancer?

Depends upon extent: Ot cancer & treatment performed. Simple transurethral resection of superficial cancer may only require catheter for 1 day, > extensive resection may require catheter 4 few days. Cystectomy with urinary diversion or creation of a bowel neo-bladder requires 2 - 4 weeks recovery.
