Mass: Bloody nipple discharge requires physician evaluation. The most common cause is a papilloma, a polyp in the breast duct. They can be benign or malignant. Mammograms can often miss thise tiny lesions. An ultrasound can help or a galactogram. Please find a breast specialist to evaluate you.
