I : I perform butt augmentation with fat transfer techniques, ie brazilian butt lift. I don't usually recommend massage unless you notice an area of firmness. Massage may help in the areas that fat was harvested from to help reduce the swelling, but this is not necessary. If possible it is better if you can sleep on your stomach and avoid sleeping on your back. Avoid slouching and sliding down in your chair when sitting. Otherwise the recovery is not too bad.

Depends: Most buttock augmentation procedures require little care after the initial 2 week recovery procedure. When fat is injected it may require daily massaging. Implants don't require any type of care. Ultrasounds are not routinely indicated.
