Why would someone ask if i had surgery on uterius while performing ultrasound?

several reasons: During procedure may be found something abnormal , like a scar tissue, a simplest explanation , other wise could be due to infection , or tumor etc , just don't worry wait for the call from your doctor to give you the findings.
