Difficult to say: Alcohol can lower iop by 1 or 2 mmhg. Red wine may have vasoprotective effects (more prominent cardiac when in moderation). No specific study correlating how much red wine to drink to lower eye pressure.

Unknown: There is no large study showing the effectiveness of red wine in treating glaucoma, there are other ways of treating glaucoma more effectively, although not as enjoyable. Enjoy your red wine as you normally do, but don't use glaucoma as an excuse for over indulgence ;-).
