Fat transfer better: Butt implants have a high complication rate so I do not generally recommend this. If you have enough fat to transfer from other parts of your body, the brazilian butt lift is often a great solution to create full, perky buttocks. I would be happy to see you for this anytime.

Lift=bigger: First thing is to exercise, you know it, right? Firm up and tone your skin and muscle. Lunges, squats, stair stepper, elliptical. All procedures implants and fat transfer will increase the size of your buttocks. Find someone proficient, friendly and reasonable to size and shape you if you go for the surgical option.
