I am a 28 years male recently circumcised virgin male. My question is when I get erections, the penis is always erect facing downwards. It remains hard. But I can use my hand to move it uo and down. Do I need to worry? Am I having ed?
Had circumcision done 10 days ago. Today, I noticed a lump on the right side of my penis near where the penis meets the scrotum. Lump swells up when I get partially erect. Lump decreases in size when I am not erect.
When I retract my foreskin back when it is about to become erect, it constricts the diameter at the end that it prevents the end from enlarging leaving rest of the diameter away from the retracted foreskin enlarged.can circumcision remedy this?

Son 4.5 mo., has had 3 re-circumcisions, I keep pulling the skin back and using Aquaphor every change, what else can I do? It just keeps reattaching.
