I was coughing a lot and then when i got up to get some water i start seeing floaters. why does this happen? i have had experience with vasovagal syncope due to standing long periods of time and anemia. also i been having chronic headaches?

Coughing and standing up quickly likely contributed to diminished return of blood to the heart and you experienced a minor syncope. No harm done. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless to ensure proper hydration.
