With : With any hard fall it is possible to fracture a facial bone. It would be a little unusual to continue to have swelling this long after your injury. I would suggest you see a doctor to have this problem evaluated. An appointment may be all that is needed to reassure you, and an xray can be performed to check for a broken bone if the doctor needs that test to answer your question. Thank you for your question!

Exam & x-ray: If all else is healing with the exception of cheekbone, you may have a zygomatic bone fracture which may or may not be displaced. An x-ray will surely aid in the diagnosis. If it is non-displaced time will allow it to heal, if it has displaced, an oral maxillo-facial surgeon can with a simple surgery lift the displaced portion of the zygoma back to its proper place. Good luck!
