Depends: Each surgeon have their own rules about swimming after ear surgery. It also depends on what type of cholesteatoma surgery you had. If it was a canal wall up, probably 4-12 weeks. If it was a canal wall down, some surgeons would say you shouldn't swim. This is something you should discuss with your surgeon.
