Several simple thing: Topical steroids otc. Work better if you apply at night and wear barrier gloves. Also, when you shampoo, use a tar-based shapoo which will penetrate the skin of your hands. If these don't work, see your dermatologist!

Fingers are really dry and cracked. Sometimes they get so bad they bleed and there looks like they're some fluid bubbles underneath my skin. Red skin.
