PD causes fatigue: An exceedingly common symptom of parkinson's disease is daytime fatigue, somnolence, napping, and nodding off during quiet activity. This comes from pd itself, not comorbid chronic fatigue syndrome. It can be alleviated with meds, routine exercise, diet, and good sleep hygeine. Talk with your neurologist about managing your parkinson's-related fatigue.
