Depends: Depends on type of incontinence. Good resource www.voicesforpfd.org. Many non surgical and surgical treatment options now. Recommend discussion and evaluation with gynecologist, urogynecologist or urologist. In meantime, avoid heavy lifting, straining, or constipation. Don't limit fluid intake. Kegel and pelvic exercises. Keep a voiding diary and track fluid intake and incontinence episodes.
