Hospice services: All hospices must supply the same set of services as per cms guidelines. Ask to meet the nurse that will be responsible for your care to make sure that you are comfortable with them. Ask exactly what resources you will receive. Ask about where you will receive your terminal care (home vs inpatient unit; if inpatient unit, where is that located).
