A rare disorder: Avoiding foods such as egg yolks, legumes, red meats, fish, beans and other foods that contain choline, carnitine, nitrogen, sulfur & lecithin can help. Some of those foods/substances can cause fishy odor in other people: choline, lecithin, fish oil capsules (omega-3/dha & epa), canola oil.
