Go see an ENT: I would want to take a look at your vocal cords with a special camera called a flexible laryngoscope and something called a stroboscope, which shows the vocal cords in real time. you may have puberphonia, a condition in which you are subconsciously keeping your voice in the high register. it's a question of muscle tension in the vocal cords and can be fixed with a few rounds of voice therapy

Possibly: as an ENT I'm a specialist able to assess your voice w/ the use of a good physical exam and history. the physical exam will likely include a flexible endoscopy/laryngoscopy (looking at your larynx with a flexible scope after/with local anesthetic in the office) and possible stroboscopic exam of your larynx and vocal cords to assess their movement and other properties. Seek out specialist care
