Many : Many toxins can cause spasm of the coronary arteries resulting in angina, so it is possible. This is not a classic symptom of metal poisoning though.

No: Angina is caused by inadequate circulation in the heart. Heavy metal poisoning can cause many symptoms but angina isn't one of them.
