Related: Htn and angina are related. Htn is a risk factor for getting angina. If the angina is poorly controlled then the pains can cause anxiety and raise your blood pressure to rise.

Connection exists: Yes chest pain can cause your nervous sytem to produce adrenaline and this can elevate your blood pressure, athersclerosis is the disease that cause your blood vessels to be damaged and can cause elevated BP and angina.
