Muscle/skeletal : Of course, there isn't really enough information to answer this fully, but with those symptoms, you have to think about your heart. Is it worse when you go up stairs? Does it change when you eat? Or bend over? Or lift your arms or twist? Note these things, and pay a visit to your doctor to get this looked into. At your age, though, heart problems are unusual. It is probably the chest wall hurting.
