See a doctor: There are many reasons for tingling and numbness in the toe(s), such as injury, neuroma (think pinched nerve in the foot) neuropathy of diabetes, thyroid issues, spine issues, other nerve irritations among others. See a doctor to help diagnose, then treat this problem.

Nerve impingement: Most likely the nerve is under pressure or impinged. Try wider more supportive shoes. If still a problem, see a podiatrist.
