Ive been having numbness of my first 3 toes on and off for 3+ mnths with no common denominator and no tingling feelings what could cause this?

Variety of causes: There are benign causes of your symptoms of numbness of the toes&others that require attention. I'm not sure whether or not both feet are involved or just one. If both are involved then, one could reasonably think of some type of metabolic (chemical) imbalance or condition in the body or also think of a compression in the back of a spinal nerve.
