Counseling?: Have you tried to find a good counselor or therapist to help you? That would seem like a very good thing to me. If you think your marriage can be salvaged, couples therapy may be very beneficial. But you need to start somewhere. If you don't do something different, what are the chances there will be any changes? Good luck.
