Hi i was wondering if taking fertility medicine can cause a lump in your breast. i wasnt sure with hormones and stuff if stopping taking it could cause a lump under the nipple area because it just showed up once i stopped the medicine letrozole.

Lump: The medication letrozole is a aromatase inhibitor and blocks the conversion of androstenedione to estrogen. When stopping Estrogen eected to rise in body and would be cause for lump.
